The Quarantine Playground

I’m going to show you how to make a paper playground. This is a fun and simple craft that you can make too!

Materials:

  • Different colors of construction paper
  • Glue (glue stick or liquid glue, they both work well)
  • Scissors
  • Tape (Sometimes you need tape to stick things on or stick them together)

Instructions: 1. Take a green piece of Construction paper 2. For a seesaw: Cut out a small rectangle, fold into a spring shape, glue a medium rectangle to the top of the spring shape and glue it to anywhere you want on the green paper. 3. For a slide: Cut out a rectangle, fold the bottom of the rectangle up, cut out another rectangle and fold the top down, glue the top of the first rectangle to the top of the second rectangle, glue the bottom of the first rectangle anywhere on the green paper. 4. For a swing set: Cut out a long rectangle and fold both ends up, Glue the ends to the green paper, cut out two small rectangles and fold the top back on both small rectangles, glue/tape the folded part of the small rectangles in the middle of the long rectangle about 1 inch apart. 5. Stones: (Optional)Cut out circles, squares, hexagons, triangles, ovals, pentagons, and rectangles, glue them anywhere on the green paper or glue them a path. I hope you enjoy!!!!

  1. Wow! I love how you made the seesaw! What a genius! My favorite part of going to the playground is going on the swings!
